Lattice ingests FHIR from every system that has touched a patient and surfaces a single longitudinal view — provenance preserved, conflicts surfaced, never silently merged. Connected to the Epic sandbox today; the same path generalizes to Cerner, Athena, and TEFCA-linked networks.
